Olive Oil Master
“Capatosta”, Enterprising and visionary. Born in 1964 in Carpino, son of farmers and
always a farmer, he was able to combine tradition and innovation by continuing the family
business together with his brother Franco. Today he runs the Buondioli Company, opening
up to new challenges to guarantee quality and transparency to customers.
Francesco is the head and the arm of our company. Born in 1968, he works closely with the land
and puts passion and knowledge into everything he does. He directs the team during all the
operations and personally follows the entire process of plant production, from the flower to the
Domenico is the youngest of the firm. He decided to come back Puglia after studying Environmental and Food Economics in Milan and after some work experiences in the retail sector. The countryside call was too strong and the desire to apply passion, study and innovation mixing them with the long family tradition prevailed. He believes in the value of the land and the time has come to accept the challenge!
Harvesting / pruning
Alfredo is our most faithful collaborator. Historic employee of the company, he embraced the values of Azienda Buondioli since he was a young boy and never stopped collaborating with us. He helped us to develop and optimize all the harvesting and pruning processes.
Only olives from organic farming
The spirit of our company is found in our attention to detail for the land and our trees, a sign of the love and dedication we give our products. Organic, for us, is natural: nature is what we’ve always been involved in.
Bio is life. Making organic agriculture means developing a production model that avoids the over-exploitation of natural resources (in particular soil, water and air), using instead these resources within a development model that can last over time.
Consumers are increasingly informed and demand quality, respect for the environment and safety.
The mission of Azienda Buondioli is to bring to the consumer's tables a pure and genuine Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil exclusively obtained from olives harvested in Italy, in Puglia. Our company has always stood out for its ability to combine tradition and innovation in oliviculture.
