The climate and the land
The Gargano region is, without a doubt, our greatest ally in growing olive trees. Nicknamed the “Mountain of Sun,” the promontory stretches out into the Adriatic Sea and is home to a landscape rich in forests and lakes.
Respect for nature and process
Our unique approach to growing olive trees and processing olives and strict attention to the needs of the environment is another key ingredient. The plants are cared for with expert hands all throughout the year, from pruning to harvesting.
Generations of passion
For us, producing an oil of the highest quality is one made with passion. We are a family business and most definitely not industrial, and our respect for agricultural traditions, with methods, such as cold extraction and natural decanting, helps us maintain the pureness of the oil.
Finally, we follow the European Union regulations on organic agriculture (Reg. CE 834/07 and 889/08), another crucial part of creating unique, healthy, and all-natural products.
