Our creation:
a blend: 40% Ogliarola Garganica, 40% Leccino, 20% Picholine.
The oil that everyone likes, young and old.
Oil is beautiful because it is varied.
Often, a blend gives life to very interesting solutions and offers the possibility of reaching rich, wide and varied results, perhaps not achievable in monovarietal oils obtained from a single type of olives. Our blend is the surprising result of a mix of Ogliarola Garganica, Leccino and Picholine collected in the countryside of our family. Its scent is as pleasant as its taste. Medium fruity, the nose recalls tomato leaves, chicory and the pleasant notes of freshly cut grass. The taste is slightly spicy and bitter.
100% Italian EVO. Filtered, of course. Ideal in combination with red meats and bruschetta, it is also perfect for salads and caprese with buffalo mozzarella. Excellent for highlighting strong appetizers and fresh vegetables (such as chicory or radicchio). Many beneficial effects in cascade for health: an oil rich in polyphenols that guarantee a very high resistance to oxidation and help fight free radicals.
