Monocultivar, comes from a variety of olives typical of our area and takes its name.
Our Ogliarola Garganica is the highest expression of this land, the Gargano. The result is an important oil, intense and true like those who cultivate it.
Intense green with golden hues, it is bursting with the aromas of almond, freshly cut grass and artichoke. The mouth is filled with vegetal references: authoritative, rich, imposing but with a good gustatory balance.
Many beneficial effects in cascade for health: rich in polyphenols that guarantee a very high resistance to oxidation and help fight free radicals.
The strong character of this Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil allows it to enhance the taste of any type of dish. Ideal on the table for dressing first courses and traditional dishes such as soups, soups, legumes.
