INTENSITY:

Our workhorse. The more intense, the more Gargano.
Monocultivar, comes from a variety of olives typical of our area and takes its name.


Our Ogliarola Garganica is the highest expression of this land , the Gargano. The result is an important oil, intense and true like those who cultivate it. Ogliarola Garganica is a tasty spicy and bitter Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with a long persistence of vegetal tones.

INTENSITY:

A great classic.
Monocultivar, it is a medium fruity .


Cultivar with a strong resistance and adaptability, it can be found in many olive growing areas of Italy. The Leccino olive gives rise to an elegant and delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil , which best matches seafood cuisine since its structure does not dominate its personality.

Hints of almond, delicacy to taste.

40% Ogliarola Garganica, 30% Leccino, 30% Picholine.

with a significant difference in workmanship!


The olives are pitted before kneading. Only the pulp is then milled. This pitted oil is recognized for its particular sweet taste and for its lively aftertaste with aromatic notes of fruity and cut grass.

a blend: 40% Ogliarola Garganica, 40% Leccino, 20% Picholine.

The oil that everyone likes, young and old.


Olive Oil is good because it is varied. Very often, a blend gives life to very interesting solutions and offers the possibility of reaching rich, wide and varied results, perhaps not achievable in monovarietal oils obtained from a single type of olives.
