Four generations of farmers

Long time ago in 1864 con “Mimmo” (Domenico) Buondioli founded the Azienda Agricola Buondioli in the middle of Gargano National Park, in Puglia. He already started following a quality path. We have reason to think that our surname, "Buondioli", comes from the fact that we always distinguished for the quality of our production.It’s all in our name, Buon di oli: “Good oils”.

We never stopped producing and selling our olive oil, but we did it without a own brand: for years we sold it to wholesalers of the sector that used it to mix it with low quality ones, without enhancing our production. Then, under the hand of the brothers Michele and Francesco, the Buondioli brand was born.

Always visionaries, they have continued to improve production processes thanks to their stubbornness and their experience in the sector. They understood what the right techniques and ways were to use in order to create a unique product and differentiate it from other producers.

Nowadays, the firm keeps on producing high quality Olive Oil with Domenico. He decided to come back in Puglia after some studying and working experiences in Milan. Followed by the expert hands and words of his dad and uncle, he is responsible for bringing innovation.

The long family tradition and experience and the latest agricultural techniques, combined with the assistance of agricultural experts in the field, help us to create the perfect conditions for producing Organic Extra-Virgin Olive oil of the highest quality following the family tradition.
