Leccino olives are elliptical in shape and have a delicate taste. They originate from central Italy and date back to the Medieval period, and today they are widespread throughout the Peninsula.
We don't just extract oil from Leccino olives. When fully ripe, they have a sweet, fresh, fruity, and fragrant taste. They are consumed as an aperitif or appetizer, but also in the preparation of Mediterranean recipes, such as focaccia.
After harvesting, the olives are selected and processed in a laboratory, washed, placed in jars, and pasteurized.
