There is a new space in the heart of our farm.
It is simple, essential, immersed in nature.
It is our oil library , born from old structure of the grandfather, which for years had remained unused after his death and which today comes back to life with a new meaning.

A place without noise, where time slows down and everything falls into place.

Where it all begins: tastings, meetings and stories

We chose to transform this small rural building into a meeting place.
Here it will be possible:

• Tasting our extra virgin olive oils , including our Ogliarola Garganica

• Taste our artisanal pickles , prepared according to tradition

• Take a walk among the olive trees , listen to our story and learn about the work behind each product

No shop windows, no artificial displays: just bread, oil, preserves and truth .

An experience immersed in nature

Our oil shop is completely immersed in the olive trees. There is no electricity here: the light is that of the sun, the coolness that of the shade of the trees, the connection is with the earth.

We wanted each visit to be a true, slow experience, made of listening and taste.
For this reason, tastings are held only by reservation, to welcome you with the right amount of time and attention that small gestures deserve.

Looking Ahead: Events, Dinners and Days Among the Olive Trees

This oil shop is just the beginning.
In the next few months we also want to open it to:

• Outdoor dinners under the stars

• Taste laboratories

• Company days dedicated to families, enthusiasts, curious travellers

All in the name of authenticity and direct contact with our land.
