Oil is beautiful because it is varied.
Often, a blend gives rise to very interesting solutions and offers the possibility of achieving rich, broad, and varied results, perhaps not attainable in monovarietal oils obtained from a single type of olive. Our blend is the surprising result of a mix of Ogliarola Garganica, Leccino, and Picholine olives harvested from our family's fields. Its aroma is as pleasant as its taste. Medium fruity, on the nose it recalls tomato leaves, chicory, and pleasant notes of freshly cut grass. The taste is slightly spicy and bitter.
100% Italian EVO. Filtered, of course. Ideal for pairing with red meats and bruschetta, it is also perfect for salads and buffalo mozzarella caprese. Excellent for highlighting bold appetizers and fresh vegetables (such as chicory or radicchio). Many cascading health benefits: an oil rich in polyphenols that guarantee very high resistance to oxidation and help fight free radicals.
