Monocultivar, it is a medium-light fruity olive oil. This cultivar is known for its remarkable resistance and adaptability and is found in many olive-growing areas of Italy. The Leccino olive gives rise to an elegant and delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil that best complements seafood cuisine as its structure does not overpower the dish's personality.

Bright green with yellow hues. On the nose, the varietal characteristics of the Leccino olive dominate, complete and fragrant. An oil that offers intense and lively aromas of fresh olives and confirms the fresh and vibrant olfactory notes in the mouth without exceeding in bitter or spicy tones. Ideal on the table for seasoning main courses. Its flavor is particularly highlighted on white meats, fish dishes, and pinzimonio.
